As a Product Manager

You will work at the intersection of the company's Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing teams.

  • You will steer the roadmap and priorities of your tech team, bring forward simple solutions and spec out user stories

  • Lead client workshops and gather requirements for some of the world’s largest loyalty programmes

  • Work with our in-house design team on creating the best user experience

What we are looking for:

  • You are a real generalist who cracks any and every problem with creative solutions, and you have a strong natural sense of what's technically and commercially viable.
  • Superior skills in gathering technical requirements from clients and converting them to specifications for the development team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in a technology organization
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve by synthesizing information and seeing the big picture
  • Able to break complex problems into simpler ones, and prioritise them
  • Good understanding of scrum / agile methods
  • You are exceptionally good at making complex things simple, and writing down a solution in simple, clear, yet comprehensive terms.
  • You are able to easily build relationships across teams, have a good eye for scope creep and relentlessly drive momentum.
  • You generate new ideas and are able to inspire others. You validate and test new ideas rapidly to either fail them and move on, or promote them into the company's funnel of product development.
  • Ability to read and understand basic code is a bonus

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a product manager (with technical or business analyst experience), developer, or architect in a software company.
  • Superior skills in gathering client requirements and writing product specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve by synthesizing information and seeing the big picture
  • Able to break complex problems into simpler ones, and prioritise them
  • Good understanding of scrum / agile methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in a technology organization
  • Entrepreneurial and curious personality
  • Appreciation of great user-experience
  • Previous fintech experience in a B2B product company and/or an understanding of the payments & loyalty industries is an advantage
