We are looking for an experienced personal assistant / executive assistant to assist our CEO. You will need to be someone independent, experienced and comfortable working in a high-growth company environment.

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO you will be expected to:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to CEO.

  • First contact for all internal and external meetings/events arrangement and calendar management.

  • Prepare meeting agenda, documentations, proposals and take minutes etc.

  • Interact and manage stakeholders and upper management across the globe

  • Any other ad hoc tasks as required and assigned.

  • Manage travel arrangements for CEO and upper management

Requirements

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal assistant / executive assistant to senior management preferably C level executives

  • Independent and organized individual with emotional maturity.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team leaders, internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills, native english speaker with strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders in the US,UK and Australia

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details

  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

  • Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

  • Diploma holder or qualifications in secretarial studies
